Creative Training
for the Community
2025–2026

ReThink is a dynamic, hands-on training programme designed to energise and upskill those working at the heart of our communities.

Whether you're a youth worker, volunteer, community leader, or part of a support team, this training invites you to explore fresh ways to connect, collaborate, and lead good relations.

Led by an executive coach and a WheelWorks artist, ReThink blends creative practice with coaching to explore the challenges and opportunities in today’s communities.

Participants dive into good relations topics like bias, identity, legacy, integration, and change — all through a creative, reflective lens.

Those working on the frontlines, from youth workers and volunteers to council staff and community groups, play a vital role in building a more connected, inclusive society.

ReThink strengthens that foundation, offering space for peers from across the community to learn together, exchange experiences, and explore creative ways to move forward.
